This place is always so much fun but today was extra special. Went guerilla style and grabbed some tables for a group celebration. The staff was incredibly accommodating every second. From multiple individual payments for each guest, to staffing each activity when we were ready, to juggling 3 official schedules birthdays, to supporting my son who was anxious on the ropes course, they were fantastic and kind. Management was stellar as well going above and beyond. So appreciated and fantastic. We will be back time and again!

We had a blast! Fun for kids of all ages. The video games are fun and not too pricey to play compared to other arcades. They have great prizes as well. The food and drinks were greatly priced I was shocked and happy they weren’t overpriced. A lot to do. Loved it so much we will be booking my daughter's 10th birthday. The only part that needed improvement was the entrance and parking but looks like they are working on that the women’s bathroom needs a good cleaning but of course, kids aren’t looking at that!🤣

Levon and his team are INCREDIBLE!! We celebrated my daughter’s 4th birthday in the Start lounge yesterday and the service was impeccable from start to finish. We got so many compliments about our party and about how nice the actual arcade / airpark is Most importantly, the kids had the times of their lives. I highly recommend this place for fun and parties — and if you can spend the extra money on the private room then do it! Thank you soooooo much Levon and Alyssa, you guys made our day amazing.

HUGE MONEY GRAB. I paid 105$ dollars for two kids and a game card. After an hour of jumping i had staff kicking me and my kids off saying our time was up. When playing the machines, they are rigged, and are not play until you win. This isn't Dave and Busters. Off the wall is completely catered towards kids and toddlers and the machines are set up like an adult arcade. My kids did not enjoy playing the games and i noticed the same with others. You will find yourself out of points extremely quickly only to be forced to spend even more. On top of that they do not allow any food or drinks inside so you have to spend even MORE. Try kids empire, My lil town, or even fun zone at the topanga mall. Your kids will have a blast and you won't be pitted into spending a ridiculous amount. Will definitely not return.

Experience was sort of ruined by some snobby girl working the inflatable area but I decided to give a 5 star because of the park manager. He really tried to fix things at the end, was super nice about the situation, and expressed true care about me wanting to be close to my non-verbal autistic brother in the inflatable area although I was not jumping. This place is great. My brother had so much fun despite it all. If you have a problem with any of the children that work at this establishment, just ask for the manager, which I didn’t do. He found me while we were getting ready to leave. He will assure an inclusive and enjoyable experience without the extra costs and hassle.

I wrote this email over a week ago and have not received a response so sharing it here for visibility…I hosted my daughters birthday at OTW LA on Dec 10th. WOW! I have to say that yesterday's experience at Off The Wall Los Angeles was far from perfect. There seemed to be a lot of confusion within the staff and our party host, Gaby definitely did not know how to manage our event. The space was great, the kids had a great time, but the service was horrible! A few notes below: 1. I called the night before to confirm what time I can get into the room, I was told 3pm. I arrived at 2:50pm and didn't get the room until 3:15pm. I understand that setup time is not guaranteed, however for the amount of money you are charging for the space I would highly recommend you reevaluate the way you manage the scheduling of your event spaces. Only giving families 15 minutes to set up is NOT OKAY! As a professional event planner myself, I can tell you that with such a short turnaround time you are not setting up each party for success. Instead it becomes chaos and stress on both sides. 2. Gabby was nice, but did not seem to know what she was doing. She was slow in getting the party started once we all got into the room at 4:30pm. She dropped off the pizza boxes, which I served. She then disappeared for a few minutes and came back to let me know we only had the room until 5:15pm. The kids hadn't been called to play laser tag, so I asked her and she then assisted with that. I had to announce to the kids in the room to put on shoes and head over the laser tag. Only half of the kids were able to play, the other half had to wait their turn , which they never got! 3. After the first round of laser tag, I told Gabby to make the announcement to get the kids back in the room for cake time. She said she would ask a Manager, extend us until 5:30pm so as not to "rush" the cake. But by the time she came in the room with the cake and the kids got settled we only had time to sign Happy Birthday! Gabby then came up to me and told me they were moving us to another room for the cake because there was another party arriving that had the room at 6:00pm. I was in shock!! Not only was the plan to move us so last minute and one sided, the worst and most horrible part was when 5 of your crew staff came into the room and started cleaning up, stripping off table linen, removing my decorations all while our guests were still in the room!! I was mortified. At that point, all of my guests were confused and the kids had to exit the space to play games while my friend and I cut the cake in the other room. It was awkward, embarrassing and a complete insult for the families and us the HOST. Overall, we did not have a good experience and it is a shame. After all the planning that we put into this event, time and money! I would like to speak to your GM or Corporate team on this matter and look for a way to rectify this terrible experience.
